Combine together the onion, garlic, bulgur wheat, tomato, dill, spinach, ½ the tomato juice, salt and pepper
Stuff the calamari with this mixture and place in a baking dish
Pour over the olive oil, wine and the rest of the tomato juice and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes
Remove from the oven, cut in slices and serve
