Before we welcome the fasting period, Wellgoods proposes a delicious version of the Stroganoff Beef Stroganoff. 🍴

A comfort food with a gourmet touch that will impress you!


  • 500g beef fillet, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cooked pasta or rice, for serving


  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef fillet slices and cook until just browned on all sides. Be careful not to overcook. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Slowly add the beef broth and mustard, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, or just until the beef is heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the Beef Fillet Stroganoff over cooked pasta or rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
