Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, dill and pour half of this mixture over the mussels
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and the cheese over the mussels and cook in a hot oven (200°C) for 5-7 minutes or until mussels turn a golden colour
Decorate the mussels with the quartered tomatoes and olives and pour the other half of the olive oil mixture on top
Tip: Mussels (Wellgoods) can be cooked in many ways. You can also serve them without the shells.
